Your order will be routed to the restaurant immediately. Note that if you are using our service for the first time we will call your mobile number for confirmation purposes.

No, our member restaurants will only accepts COD (cash on delivery)

It depends on the restaurant policy, Most of the restaurants will not charge any extra fees however we may charge you 200 fils in some cases for using our services.

It depends on the type of restaurant, and it also depends on how far is your home from the restaurant. Normally delivery under normal circumstances takes 45 minutes however it may take up to 1 hour to make the delivery depending on road traffic and congestions.
