  1. What is 6alabat.com?

    6alabat.com is a leading online delivery service provider that operates in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain and soon in the rest of the GCC countries. We provide an easy, fast way to connect customers with their favorite restaurants. It takes just few clicks from your computer to place an order through 6alabat.com from your preferred restaurants.

  2. What does 6alabat.com mean? And Why the name 6alabat and why do you have a number 6 in front of your name?

    6alabat is actually the Arabic word "Talabat" written in Latin characters, which means "orders" in English language, however the twist of using the number six instead of T is to pronounce an Arabic letter ط that has no match in English but to use maybe double “T”to give it the same effect of pronouncing it in Arabic, and to solve this issue in writing plain chatting language, the Arab chatters used numbers instead of Arabic alphabets that have no match in English language, so the 6 goes for the TT, and the 9 goes for the SS, and so on and so forth.

    We simply take your submitted order and send it to the restaurant through a completely automated process, so you don’t have to deal with all the hassles of ordering and we make sure that you receive you order on time.

  5. Why should I use 6alabat.com rather than using a phone?

    6alabat.com is the one huge food court for many restaurants, so you don’t need to go through the hassle of remembering restaurants numbers, waiting on hold or getting a busy signal while dialing a restaurant number or getting the wrong order due to miscommunication over the phone! Besides by using 6alabat.com you can view menus with pictures of all your favorite restaurants in our easy to use website. Start here by choosing your area.

  6. How much will it cost me to use 6alabat.com services?

    The only extra charges that might be applied are the restaurant delivery charges.

  7. Do you have K-NET / Credit Cards services?

    Yes most of the restaurants on 6alabat.com have K-NET facility available which means you can pay for your order amount through 6alabat.com K-NET payment gateway.

  8. Do you have special promotions on your website?

    Yes. You may check on latest restaurant’s promotions through the promotions tab located at the home page

  9. How do I place an order on 6alabat.com?

    Simply follow those instructions:

    A- You must first be a registered member of 6alabat.com. click here to register.

    B- Select the area where you live and click on Go.

    C- Choose your favorite restaurant from the list by clicking on the name or logo.

    D- Check the box next to your choice of item and add the number you wish to have next to the box. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click done.

    E- Make sure all the information is correct and hit done to process your order. Your order will be routed to the restaurant immediately. Note that if you are using our service for the first time we will call your mobile number for confirmation purposes.

  10. Can I make an order without registering with an account?

    Yes. You can place a ‘Quick Order’which is an easier way for newcomers to experience our online service. To place a quick order, choose your favorite restaurant >> place your order >> choose Quick Order option >>Provide your name, mobile number and your address at the checkout page!

    The purpose of this service is to give a chance to all newcomers to test our service and experience its simplicity, efficiency and reliability.

    Once familiar with our services, you can create an account with a user name and a password to access all the added value features of 6alabat.com such as creating a profile, adding favorites, tracking previous orders, etc.

  11. Can I place multiple orders?

    Yes you can. You may choose to place another order to your shopping cart after you have finished choosing your first order by clicking on the label ‘Place another order’ located on the shopping cart. Your other orders will be placed from the restaurants that serve the same area of your first orders.

  12. How do I pay for multiple orders?

    You can pay for multiple orders either by cash on delivery, (K-NET, Credit cards when applicable on restaurants) or through 6alabat credit. Click here to learn more about 6alabat credit.

  13. Can I place an order for late delivery?

    Yes you can. Some restaurants allow customers to place an order for late delivery i.e. place an order after one hour, two hours etc. depending on restaurants delivery policy and on restaurant working hours. You will find this option available on the checkout page for restaurants that allow for late delivery service.

  14. I entered my email/password combination wrong and now my account is blocked, what do I do?

    If you entered wrong combination of email/password repeatedly up to 5 times, your account will be blocked temporarily. The system will automatically send you an email verification link to your email address which you need to click on that link in order to unblock your account. In this email, we will also ask you to choose a new password to use on 6alabat.com

  15. Can I have multiple addresses into my account?

    Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account. Go to My Account and click on Add New Location button.

  16. If I made an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

    It depends on the restaurant policy, and it also depends on how far is your home from the restaurant. Normally delivery under normal circumstances takes 45 minutes however it may take up to 1 hour to make the delivery depending on road traffic and congestions. If some restaurants have different delivery promise time, it is mentioned on our website.

  17. I just made an order, but I’m not sure if you got it. What do I do?

    Go to My Account and click on Order Status to see if your order was routed successfully or not. You can also come to and inquire about your order status.

  18. Can I re order a previous order?

    Yes you can. You can simply go to previous orders section on ‘My Account’ page and choose the order from your history list and re order it.

  19. How do I add an item as a favorite?

    You can simply click on the icon ‘add as a favorite’ available on all menu items on restaurants. You can also easily go to my favorites section on ‘My Account’ page re order these items.

  20. I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

    Contact if you need to add, remove or items to your order. However, please note that if the restaurant already dispatched your order then any additional item might count as a new order.

  21. I was not happy with my order? Whom should I contact?

    If you have any issue with your order, you can notify us by ‘Live Chat’ or by calling our call centre 22276000 or you can send us an email to info@6alabat.com and our customer service team will deal with it and get back to you.

  22. Can I cancel my order? (subject to strict policy i.e. for late orders, missing items, wrong item, and delay in delivery.)

    Yes you can cancel your order (either pay on cash or K-NET) within 10 minutes of placing your orders. Please note that you cannot cancel your order later on because your order would have been already processed from the restaurant side. If your order was late for more than one hour and 20 minutes, you may also cancel your order. For K-NET orders please read our K-NET Terms and Conditions

  23. How long does the K-NET/Credit Card refund process take?

    The customer refund procedure might take two working days to process on the K-NET payment gateway, and then the customer has to follow on with his bank in case any delay in crediting his account back with the amount previously paid by him. We will be sending an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from K-NET payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.   24. The order I received was not acceptable, can I have a refund?

    If the order you received mismatches the order you placed or if there were missing/wrong items in your order, you can contact us directly through or by calling our call centre 22276000 and our customer service staff will dispatch a complaint letter to the restaurant and we will notify you accordingly.

  25. Can I provide a feedback about my recent order?

    Yes. You can rate / write a review about your previous order. You can simply go to ‘My Orders’ tab on my account page and click on a particular order to rate/review your order. Please note that reviews are subject to our moderation and will be showing on the restaurant section within 24 hours. We do not amend, change any part of your reviews, however we will not post any review that contains offensive content.   26. What is 6alabat credit?

    6alabat credit is a service that allows users to place orders with ease without having to refer to the 6alabat.com K-Net payment gateway every time users wish to pay through K-net. It simply saves you time and makes ordering easier and faster.

  27. How do I purchase 6alabat credit?

    You must have an account with 6alabat.com first to buy 6alabat credit. You can simply login and go to ‘My Account’ page and click on the 6alabat credit tab. You will be able to choose the amount of credit you want to purchase and purchase this credit through our secure K-NET payment gateway in easy fast steps. You can also increase your credit any time through ‘My Account’ page. Currently you can buy 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 KD credit to use on 6alabat.com

  28. What restaurants can I buy orders using 6alabat credit?

    Currently only restaurants that have K-NET facility can be used to place orders using 6alabat credit.

  29. Can I see my credit balance and statement?

    Yes. The 6alabat credit balance will always show at top right tab on home page, also the 6alabat credit balance is accessible on ‘My Account’ page. To see your 6alabat credit statement, you can simply go to My Account page and click on the 6alabat Credit statement tab.

  30. What is 6alabat gift voucher?

    6alabat gift voucher is a service that enables users to buy gift voucher with predefined amounts from 6alabat.com and send this voucher to a friend to use on placing orders through 6alabat.com.

  31. What are the gift voucher amounts available?

    Currently you can buy 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 KD gifts voucher through 6alabat.com

  32. How do I purchase 6alabat gift voucher?

    You can go to the bottom of the home page and click on the 6alabat gift voucher tab available and choose the desired gift voucher amount. If the recipient was not registered with 6alabat.com, the recipient of the gift voucher has to register to benefit from this gift voucher after clicking on the verification link in the notification email. Upon registering an account, the gift voucher will automatically convert into 6alabat credit with the same gift voucher amount.

    If the user has an account with 6alabat.com, then upon clicking on the verification link in the notification email, the recipient will be able to see the gift voucher on his/her ‘My Account’ and the gift voucher will automatically convert into 6alabat credit with the same gift voucher amount.
